Once you are registered as a store on ispaza, you will receive order notifications through the app. You can then prepare the order and assign it to a delivery driver for fulfillment.
Payment for orders fulfilled through ispaza will be deposited directly into your designated bank account on a regular basis.
If you are out of stock of a product that is ordered, please contact the customer as soon as possible to inform them of the situation. You can work with the customer to offer a substitute or refund for the unavailable product.
